Original Condition
To ensure everything for real gameplay remains hygienic and professional, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Shrink-wrap on playing cards must be intact. Roulette wheels and chips must show no signs of "table wear" or physical impact.
30-Day Window
Notifications for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt at your Limerick or nationwide address. This allows us to maintain a fresh inventory for all clients aiming to build your casino at home.
Table Games & Custom
Bespoke poker tables or items with custom branding/monograms are exempt from standard returns unless a structural defect is present upon delivery. Contact us immediately for logistics regarding large table inspections.
The Proof of Purchase
A digital or physical copy of your Jack wheel invoice is required. We cannot process returns for equipment purchased via third-party resellers or second-hand markets.

Once your return is inspected at our Limerick facility, we process the refund within 5 business days.
Original Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery, we will request your IBAN for a bank transfer.
Full Amount
You receive 100% of the product cost. In cases of defective goods, we also refund the initial standard delivery fee.
